Income Qualifications
To qualify for residency at City North, applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Applicants who do not meet the income requirements independently may qualify with a guarantor. Guarantors must have a gross monthly income equal to at least five (5) times the monthly rent and satisfy all additional qualification requirements.
All applicants are subject to credit, background, and rental history screening. Additional qualification criteria may apply. Please contact the leasing office for complete details.
